Geoffrey Lillemon / Van Gogh Museum
Geoffrey Lillemon asked us to collaborate on an installation for museum nacht, 2015 on display at the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam. The installation took contol over all the screens in and around the museum that are normally used to display information to visitors. Only this time it played a colorful, wacky animation realized completely in Unreal Engine. Visitors were surprised while waiting in line, sipping their drinks or walking around the museum.
The leg animation is derived from motion captured ballet dancers, digitally remastered to appear as fragile as possible. We also helped create custom blueprints and pieces of logic to convert the movement in to something more tangible and fun.
